•   BABY STUFF:  We have a collapsible play pen that lots of people use as a crib. It's located in the upstairs hallway closet. We also have a nice high chair in the dining area. There is a baby gate, but it's not that secure. If you need one -- make sure to bring it.
•   HOUSE TELEPHONE? None. We had it disconnected because everyone uses their cell phones.

IMPORTANT! Please be aware that Quail Haven has a strict no smoking and no pets policy.  Smoking can be done outside the home, but NO pets will be allowed on the property.  If either policy is not respected, we reserve the right to #1: ask you to leave immediately and #2: keep the entire $500 deposit as well as all rental fees. This is our family's home! Thank you!
