	To the right of the bottom of the stairs is the laundry room.
	Located behind cafe doors, it's got both a washer & dryer, as well as some laundry detergent.
	Also - there's an extra refrigerator/freezer. With large groups 1 just isn't enough! :) In addition, there is a full upright freezer located just inside the garage.
